Q: What age do I need to be to use the site?

Click "Forgot Password" on the

password reset) and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Q: Can I change my username?
Yes, you can change your screen name through your account settings. However, your verified email address cannot be changed once confirmed for security reasons.

Q: What's the difference between Free, Trial, Premium, and VIP?
- Free: Play games on PC, basic features, no time limit
- Trial: 7-day access to Premium features (mobile games, tournaments, multiplayer)
- Premium: Unlimited games, mobile access, AI chat, uploads, forums
- VIP: Everything in Premium plus exclusive games, early access, priority support, uploader status eligibility

Q: Can I get a free trial?
Yes! The Trial membership gives you 7 days to fully test our Premium features (mobile games, tournaments, multiplayer, AI chat). Trial is limited to
one per user. If you upgrade to Premium or VIP membership, you won't lose any of your high scores.

Q: What happens when my Trial ends?
Your account automatically reverts to Free status. You can upgrade to Premium or VIP anytime from your account settings.
Q: How do I upgrade my membership?
Visit your account settings or profile page and select the membership tier you want. Payment is processed via SumUp.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments via SumUp (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). We do not store your card details.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by SumUp, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Q: Will my membership auto-renew?
Check your account settings for renewal terms. You can cancel renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

Q: Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 14 days if you haven't used the service (no games played, no features accessed). Pro-rata refunds may apply for partial use. See our

Q: How do I request a refund?
Email
support with your account details and reason. Refunds are reviewed manually and processed within 5 working days if approved.
Q: Can I get a refund if I just don't like the games?
No. Refunds are not available for subjective dissatisfaction or if you've already used the service.

Q: Why won't a game load?
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. Some games require Desktop mode on mobile. If issues persist,
contact support.
Q: Can I play games on mobile?
Yes! Trial, Premium, and VIP members can play games on mobile devices. Free members are limited to PC/desktop.
Q: Do I need to download anything?
No. All games run in your browser. No downloads, plugins, or installations required.

Q: Can games be removed from the site?
Yes. Games may be removed at any time due to licensing requests, technical issues, or other reasons. We do not guarantee that any specific game will remain available. The removal of a game does not entitle users to a refund or compensation. See Section 7a of our

Chris is an AI chatbot available to Premium and VIP members. He can answer questions, chat about games, and provide entertainment.
Q: Is Chris's advice trustworthy?
Chris is for entertainment only. Do not rely on him for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Q: Are my conversations with Chris private?
Conversations are logged for safety and moderation. Do not share personal information with Chris.

We use AI moderation and human review to monitor chat, forums, and uploads. Violations result in warnings, suspensions, or bans. See our

Q: How do I report a user?
Use the report feature in chat/forums, or email
support with details.
Q: What happens if I break the rules?
Violations follow a clear escalation path: written warning → 7-day suspension → 30-day suspension → permanent ban. Severe violations (threats, malware, fraud) skip straight to a permanent ban. Child safety violations result in an immediate permanent ban and report to authorities. The full breakdown is in our
