VIP users with a long, clean membership record (minimum 3 months) and consistent gameplay (minimum 5 hours/week for 3 months) may gain Uploader status to submit new games. Uploader status is subject to review and may be revoked for violations.
Premium and VIP memberships are subject to payment and renewal terms. Trial memberships are limited to one per user and expire after 7d, after which users revert to Free status unless upgraded.
4. Eligibility & Age
Verification
To use the Site, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under 13 must provide verifiable parental consent. During registration, you must enter your date of birth. The Site may request additional age verification at any time.
If you are found to have falsified your age or failed to provide parental consent, your account may be suspended or deleted.

Payments are processed securely via SumUp (card only). By making a payment, you agree to SumUp's terms and privacy policy.
Refunds are available only if you have not used the service (e.g., no games played, no features accessed). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed manually. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days and returned to your original payment method.
If a service is partially used, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on the proportion of unused time or features. For example, if you use half your membership period, you may receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for dissatisfaction with available games or features, or for violations of conduct rules.

All original graphics, code, and the "Chris (AI)" persona are the property of mrbronz.uk. Retro games are provided for historical preservation and educational purposes. We respond to all valid DMCA or UK copyright infringement notices. If you are a rights holder, see our Copyright Infringement Procedure.
By uploading content, you grant the Site a non-exclusive license to display it. You warrant that you have the right to upload said content.
📦7a. Game Availability & Withdrawal
The games available on this Site are provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue any game at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Licensing or rights holder requests (including DMCA or UK copyright takedown notices)
- Technical issues, compatibility problems, or security concerns
- Changes to third-party services, platforms, or technologies
- Discontinuation by the original game developer or publisher
- Operational, legal, or commercial reasons at our sole discretion
We do not guarantee that any specific game will remain available on the Site indefinitely. The withdrawal of any game does not entitle users to a refund, compensation, or replacement, unless the removal substantially affects the core service provided under a paid membership — in which case, users may request a review under our Refund Policy.

"Chris" is an automated AI. Responses are for entertainment and do not constitute professional advice. The Site is not liable for inaccurate or unexpected AI responses. AI conversations are logged for safety. Do not share sensitive personal information with the AI.
