🎮 Community Guidelines & Conduct Policy

mrbronz.uk — effective March 14, 2026

These guidelines apply to every user from the moment they register. By creating an account you agree to follow these rules. They are not applied retroactively — you will always be able to read them here before any action is taken against your account. Nothing is hidden. If a rule is added or changed, the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page changes and registered users will be notified by email.

📖1. Who These Rules Apply To

Everyone who uses mrbronz.uk — including guests (read-only), free members, trial members, premium members, VIP members, and moderators. No account type is exempt.

âš–ī¸2. Violation Severity Levels

Every rule violation is classified into one of four severity levels. The level determines the response. The table below shows exactly what falls into each category.

Level What it means Examples Typical first response
🟡 Minor Low-impact behaviour that disrupts others but does not cause lasting harm Using excessive caps or repetitive messages (spam)
Mild rude language (not targeted)
Posting off-topic content repeatedly
Using profanity in a non-targeted way
Repeatedly going idle in multiplayer games (AFK farming) to collect rewards without playing
Mildly disruptive behaviour that is not sustained or targeted (minor griefing)
Written warning via email. Record kept.
🟠 Major Targeted or intentional behaviour that harms individuals or the community Directed insults, harassment, or bullying of another user
Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
Posting external links (Discord invites, social media, rival sites)
Impersonating another user or staff member
Using third-party software, macros, or scripts to automate or enhance gameplay
Intentionally exploiting game bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Win-trading or colluding with other players to manipulate scores or rankings
Sustained griefing — deliberately and repeatedly ruining other players' experience (e.g. systematic disruption, team sabotage)
Sharing your account login credentials with another person, or accessing a third party's account
Attempting to scam, deceive, or phish other users for their login details or in-game items
Sharing someone else's personal information without their consent (doxing)
Commercial activity (selling accounts, boosting services, advertising third-party services)
Warning + temporary suspension (7 days)
🔴 Severe Serious misconduct that significantly harms users or the integrity of the platform Repeated major violations after a prior suspension
Sustained targeted harassment or hate campaign against a user
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
Uploading malware, exploits, or malicious code
Threatening violence or serious harm against any person
Coordinated abuse using multiple accounts (ban evasion)
Fraudulent payment activity — chargebacks on legitimate purchases, or use of stolen payment details
Immediate permanent ban. No prior warning required.
đŸšĢ Zero-Tolerance Absolute violations. No appeal possible. Reported to authorities where required by law. Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM)
Attempting to groom or contact minors inappropriately
Any act that constitutes a criminal offence under UK law
Immediate permanent ban + report to authorities

📈3. Escalation Path

For Minor and Major violations we follow a consistent escalation path so you always know where you stand. Severe and Zero-Tolerance violations skip directly to permanent ban.

1 First incident Written warning email. Violation logged on your account.
→
2 Second incident 7-day account suspension. Email notification sent.
→
3 Third incident 30-day account suspension. Final warning email sent.
→
4 Fourth incident Permanent ban. Appeal available (see Section 5).
âš ī¸ Escalation resets after 12 months of no violations. A clean 12-month record means your incident count returns to zero. However, your violation history is always retained internally.

đŸ’ŗ4. Paid Memberships & Bans

If you hold a Premium or VIP membership at the time of a ban:

See the Refund Policy for full details.

đŸ›ī¸5. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

mrbronz.uk operates under UK law and is subject to several regulations. Violations of legal requirements may result in account action independent of the behaviour-based escalation path above — in some cases the law requires us to act without a prior warning.

Age requirements

You must be 13 years or older to register, in line with the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code) and COPPA. If we identify an account belonging to a user under 13, the account will be suspended and all personal data deleted within 30 days as required by law.

Users aged 13–17 are subject to additional safeguards under the UK Online Safety Act 2023. We may apply additional chat or content restrictions to accounts we have reason to believe belong to a minor.

UK Online Safety Act 2023

As a UK-based platform we are required to proactively identify and remove illegal and harmful content. In practice this means:

Payment integrity

Initiating a chargeback on a legitimate purchase ("friendly fraud"), or making payments using stolen card details, constitutes financial fraud under UK law. Such cases will be escalated to our payment processor (SumUp) and, where appropriate, reported to Action Fraud UK. The account will receive a permanent ban. No refund will be issued.

VPN and regional access

mrbronz.uk is operated from the United Kingdom. If you use a VPN or proxy to circumvent a geographic restriction that applies in your country, your account may be suspended. Contact support@mrbronz.uk if you believe a restriction has been applied incorrectly — this is appealable.

âš–ī¸6. Ban Appeals & Disputes

We believe every user has the right to challenge a decision they think is wrong. The appeals process is open, structured, and fair — here is exactly how it works:

Who can appeal?

đŸšĢ Zero-Tolerance bans (CSAM, grooming, criminal acts) are permanent and non-appealable. This is the only category where no appeal is possible.

How to appeal — step by step

  1. Use the online appeal form at ban-appeal.php — this is the fastest route. Alternatively email support@mrbronz.uk with the subject line "Ban Appeal — [your username]".
  2. Include in your appeal:
    • Your registered email address and display name
    • The approximate date the ban or suspension was applied
    • A clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect, or — if you acknowledge the rule was broken — why you deserve a second chance
    • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, context, etc.)
  3. We will acknowledge your appeal within 2 working days. A full decision will be issued within 5 working days.
  4. Possible outcomes:
    • Approved: Ban or suspension lifted. Your account is restored immediately.
    • Approved with conditions: Ban lifted but with a warning or reduced suspension.
    • Denied: The original decision stands. You will receive a written explanation.
  5. If you believe the decision is still wrong after appeal, you may write to support@mrbronz.uk requesting escalation to the site owner. The site owner's decision is final.
â„šī¸ Fair use of the appeals process: Submitting multiple appeals for the same ban, or submitting appeals in bad faith (e.g. abusive language towards staff), may result in the appeal being dismissed without review. We ask that you engage constructively.

đŸ“ĸ7. Reporting Other Users

If you witness a violation by another user, you can report it to us. Reports are confidential — we do not reveal who submitted a report to the reported user.

False or malicious reports (deliberately trying to get an innocent user banned) are themselves a Major violation and will be treated as such.

🔔8. Policy Changes

We may update these guidelines to reflect changes in law, platform features, or community needs. When we do:
